1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing question banks, taking online or offline mock tests, or purchasing a subscription on LearnBooster, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian.

2 Student Accounts & Security

When registering for LearnBooster, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and security credentials.
• Not share or resell your student subscription access to third parties or unauthorized study groups.
• Notify LearnBooster immediately of any unauthorized access to your student profile.

3 Subscriptions, Free Tier, and Billing

LearnBooster provides both free access and premium multi-tier subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Includes 20 starter practice questions across chosen examination boards with baseline diagnostic scorecards.
• Premium Plans (Monthly, Termly, Annual): Grant full unlimited question banks, step-by-step worked solutions, automated streak tracking, and offline test download capability.
• Payments & Currency: All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and processed securely via Paystack or Flutterwave. Subscriptions are activated immediately upon verified payment callback.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate delivery of digital academic question banks and worked solutions, subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, unless a technical billing error is verified by our support desk.

4 Academic Honor Code & Acceptable Use

You agree to use LearnBooster exclusively for genuine academic study and examination preparation. You must not:

• Scrape, duplicate, decompile, or bulk-export proprietary question solutions or curriculum lessons without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent offline sync safeguards or manipulate exam score timestamps.
• Use the platform in any manner that disrupts server infrastructure or degrades service for fellow learners.

5 Intellectual Property

All platform interface designs, software engines, branding, curated curriculum lessons, proprietary answer explanations, and pedagogical assets are the exclusive intellectual property of LearnBooster and Buildasoft Consults. Examination board names (JAMB, WAEC, Cambridge Assessment) are acknowledged trademarks of their respective examining bodies and used strictly for educational curriculum alignment purposes.

6 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

While LearnBooster questions and diagnostic recommendations are rigorously vetted by experienced educators, we do not guarantee specific minimum scores on official external examinations. LearnBooster is provided "as is" and "as available".
